NEW YORK STATE TEACHER  CERTIFICATION 

• All of your certification requirements are listed in your TEACH account. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one. Once created, you should check it annually for accuracy. You can access/create your TEACH account here: http://www.highered.nysed.gov/tcert/teach/

• NYSUT created a fact sheet about teacher certification. You will find answers to many of your questions here. Be sure to look on the right hand side for multiple links to more facts.

• Occasionally NYSUT  has webinars, and ITRC will be certain that you are aware when they are offered.
